Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

TIFO FC is operated by Signal Terrace LLC (“Signal Terrace,” “TIFO FC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process information when you use the TIFO FC iOS application, visit tifofc.app, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at tifofcc@gmail.com.

1. Who We Are

Signal Terrace LLC is the operator of TIFO FC.

TIFO FC is an independent companion product for EA SPORTS FC Clubs players. TIFO FC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Electronic Arts Inc. or EA SPORTS.

For purposes of applicable data-protection law, Signal Terrace LLC is the controller of personal information processed through TIFO FC where Signal Terrace determines the purposes and means of that processing.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the TIFO FC iOS application, the TIFO FC website, support communications, and related TIFO FC services.

At launch, tifofc.app is a marketing, informational, support, and legal website only. The website does not provide TIFO account sign-in, authenticated account features, public club search, or public player search. The one exception is the Early Access / Founder application described in Section 3, which is a standalone, unauthenticated intake form rather than an account feature.

The TIFO FC application and TIFO’s independently collected game-data systems process different categories of information. Information associated with a TIFO user account is not the same dataset as independently collected EA SPORTS FC club, match, and player information. That distinction affects how information is retained and what happens when a TIFO account is deleted.

3. Early Access and Founder Applications

tifofc.app offers an Early Access / Founder application at tifofc.app/early-access for people who want to help test TIFO FC before public launch. Submitting this application does not create a TIFO account and does not link, claim, or verify an EA SPORTS FC persona or club — see Section 6 for how account-based persona linking works separately.

When you submit an Early Access application, we process:

  • Your email address, used to verify contact information and to send Founder/testing communications.
  • Your self-reported gaming platform, gamertag, and club name. These are applicant-supplied and unverified — we do not treat them as confirmed EA identity information.
  • Your survey responses, such as how you play, what you value in the product, and what you would want built first.
  • Referral information, if you were invited by another applicant.
  • An optional social handle, if you choose to provide one.
  • Your marketing communications preference (see below), tracked separately from the application itself.
  • Application status (for example, whether your email is verified or you’ve been invited to a testing wave).

We use this information to:

  • Verify that the email address on the application belongs to the applicant.
  • Administer the Early Access / Founder application process.
  • Select and manage testing cohorts and testing waves.
  • Send Founder/test communications, including verification, confirmation, TestFlight/beta instructions, testing-wave updates, and material Founder program changes.
  • Understand product priorities and inform what TIFO builds first.
  • Attribute referrals.

We limit each email address to one verified Early Access application. Once an application’s email is verified, later applications using that email are rejected unless the earlier application is removed as part of an applicable withdrawal or privacy request. An application that has not yet been verified does not reserve its email address indefinitely: if it remains unverified for an extended period, a new application using that email is allowed, and the earlier, unverified submission and its verification link are replaced. This prevents someone else’s unverified guess or mistake from permanently blocking the real owner of an email address from applying.

Founder/test communications described above are part of administering the application and are not conditioned on the optional marketing consent described next.

Optional marketing consent. Applying for Early Access does not by itself sign you up for general TIFO product/promotional marketing. During the application, you can separately opt in to receiving TIFO product news, launches, features, and other announcements. This preference is off by default, is recorded separately from your application status, and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting tifofcc@gmail.com or using any unsubscribe mechanism included in a marketing email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not withdraw or delete your Early Access application.

If you no longer want your Early Access application to be considered, contact tifofcc@gmail.com to request withdrawal.

4. Information Associated With Your TIFO Account

When you create or use a TIFO FC account, we may process information associated with that account, including authentication identifiers, an email address made available through Sign in with Apple, account settings, TIFO-specific profile information that you choose to provide, subscription or entitlement status, and relationships between your TIFO account and features you use.

If you use Apple’s Hide My Email feature, the email address available to TIFO may be an Apple private relay address rather than your personal email address.

TIFO does not require your real name, date of birth, phone number, or mailing address as ordinary account fields at launch.

We may also associate your account with an EA SPORTS FC persona when you choose to link one, as described below.

5. EA SPORTS FC and Third-Party Game Data

TIFO independently collects and processes information relating to EA SPORTS FC Clubs, including club, match, opponent, and player information available through game-data sources.

Depending on the information available from those sources, this may include club identifiers, club names, club statistics, match results, timestamps, formations, player gamertags or persona names, positions, ratings, goals, assists, appearances, and other match or performance statistics.

This information is collected as part of TIFO’s game-history, statistics, performance, and analysis services. It can exist in TIFO’s systems regardless of whether a particular player has created a TIFO account.

At launch, individual player gamertags and detailed player statistics are available only within authenticated TIFO app experiences where the applicable feature permits them. TIFO does not provide public player-search pages or public player profiles on tifofc.app at launch.

Historical game data may continue to exist after a player leaves a club, changes personas, unlinks a persona from TIFO, or deletes a TIFO account.

TIFO does not represent its independently maintained historical records as official records of Electronic Arts.

6. Linking an EA Persona

TIFO may allow you to associate a TIFO account with an EA SPORTS FC persona.

Linking a persona allows TIFO to connect relevant game information with your TIFO experience. A persona link is a relationship within TIFO; it does not constitute verification that TIFO has established legal ownership of an EA account, gamertag, console account, or other third-party identity.

You may unlink your currently associated EA persona. Unlinking takes effect immediately with respect to the relationship between your TIFO account and that persona. Unlinking does not delete independently collected club, match, or historical player data.

To protect the integrity of account and entitlement systems, linking or switching to a different EA persona is subject to TIFO’s 35-day persona-switch cooldown. Unlinking the current persona does not bypass that restriction.

Subscriptions and purchases are associated with your TIFO/Apple entitlement rather than with a particular EA persona. Unlinking or changing a persona therefore does not transfer, cancel, duplicate, or create a separate subscription entitlement.

7. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the TIFO app or website, our systems and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the service.

This may include information such as request timestamps, application version, operating system or device characteristics, network information, service logs, error information, and security-related events.

At launch, TIFO does not operate a general behavioral analytics system designed to record everything users do in the app or website. We also do not use advertising identifiers such as IDFA for advertising purposes.

8. Crash and Diagnostic Information

At launch, TIFO uses Sentry for crash reporting and technical diagnostics.

Sentry may process limited technical information associated with crashes, errors, performance failures, or other diagnostic events so that we can identify and fix problems with TIFO.

We configure diagnostic collection conservatively and seek to minimize unnecessary personal information in diagnostic events.

TIFO does not use Sentry Session Replay at launch and does not use Sentry as a general user-behavior analytics or advertising system.

Diagnostic information is used for purposes such as application reliability, debugging, security, and performance troubleshooting.

9. Subscriptions, Apple In-App Purchases, and Superwall

Paid TIFO FC subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

Apple processes your payment information under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. TIFO does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or other complete payment-card credentials.

TIFO may receive and maintain information necessary to determine whether your account has access to paid features, such as subscription status, product or entitlement information, transaction state, expiration state, or related purchase metadata.

TIFO also uses Superwall to support paywall presentation and subscription-related experiences. Superwall may receive information relating to paywall presentation, subscription interactions, product eligibility, or similar events necessary to provide those features.

TIFO purchases and subscriptions belong to the TIFO/Apple entitlement associated with the account. They are not owned by or permanently attached to a particular EA SPORTS FC persona.

10. Push Notifications

TIFO may send push notifications as part of the application.

Push notifications may include information relating to club activity, match or data refreshes, form or performance events, TIFO features, subscription-related information, or other application activity.

To provide push notifications, TIFO may process an Apple Push Notification service (“APNs”) device token and information necessary to determine which notifications should be delivered to your device.

You control notification permission through iOS. You can disable TIFO notifications in your device settings.

Device tokens may be removed or cease to be used when they become invalid, when notification functionality is disabled, or when the associated account information is deleted, subject to reasonable technical and security retention.

11. AI and Automated Analysis

TIFO may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence services, to generate features such as tactical analysis, statistical summaries, reports, or other insights from Clubs data.

The specific providers and implementation of these systems may evolve as the product develops.

Where reasonably possible, TIFO is designed to send internal identifiers and game statistics rather than player gamertags or other directly identifying account information when generating AI-based analysis.

The information processed for an AI feature may include match statistics, club statistics, positions, formations, performance indicators, derived metrics, and other information necessary to create the requested analysis.

TIFO does not represent AI-generated reports, recommendations, or interpretations as guaranteed, official, or error-free assessments.

If TIFO materially changes the types of personal information provided to AI service providers or how those providers may use that information, we will review and update our privacy disclosures as appropriate.

12. Share Cards

TIFO may allow users to generate visual share cards based on club, match, player, or performance information.

At launch, share cards do not create a general user-uploaded-media platform or a permanently hosted public-media system.

A user may choose to save or share a generated card using functionality provided by their device or other applications.

TIFO does not ordinarily require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location to create share cards.

If TIFO introduces Photos access for saving or selecting content related to share-card functionality, that access will be limited to the functionality for which it is requested rather than used for general collection of a user’s photo library.

13. How We Use Information

We use information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate TIFO FC.
  • Authenticate and manage accounts.
  • Connect an account with a selected EA persona.
  • Collect and maintain club and match history.
  • Calculate statistics and performance metrics.
  • Provide reports, share cards, and other product features.
  • Manage subscriptions and feature entitlements.
  • Deliver notifications.
  • Generate automated analysis.
  • Respond to support or privacy requests.
  • Diagnose technical problems and maintain service security.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve TIFO FC.
  • Administer Early Access / Founder applications, verify applicant email addresses, and select and manage testing cohorts (see Section 3).

For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the legal basis for a particular processing activity depends on its purpose. Depending on the activity, we may rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, improving, and providing TIFO FC, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

For independently collected game data that may relate to identifiable players, TIFO’s processing may rely on legitimate interests in providing club-history, statistics, integrity, and analysis functionality, subject to applicable law and the rights described in this Policy.

14. When We Share Information

We do not disclose information indiscriminately.

We may provide information to service providers that process information on our behalf or help operate TIFO FC, including infrastructure, database, authentication, diagnostic, payment, subscription-management, push-notification, and AI service providers.

Examples of services involved in TIFO’s launch product include Apple, Sentry, and Superwall, as applicable to the feature being used. Verification and Founder/test communications for Early Access applications are sent through a transactional email service provider.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect the security, rights, or safety of TIFO, Signal Terrace, our users, or others; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce our agreements; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset transfer, or similar corporate transaction.

We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

15. Advertising and Tracking — What TIFO Does Not Do

At launch, TIFO does not operate an advertising business.

  • TIFO does not sell personal information to advertising companies.
  • TIFO does not display third-party behavioral advertising in the app.
  • TIFO does not use IDFA for advertising.
  • TIFO does not track users across unrelated apps or websites for advertising purposes.
  • TIFO does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising pixels on tifofc.app at launch.
  • TIFO does not create advertising fingerprints or use device fingerprinting for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.

If TIFO’s advertising or tracking practices materially change in the future, the applicable disclosures and consent mechanisms will be reviewed before those changes are launched.

16. Data Retention

TIFO uses purpose-based retention rather than promising that every category of information will be stored permanently.

Account information may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, backup integrity, or similar legitimate purposes.

Push-notification tokens are retained only for as long as they remain necessary to provide notification functionality or related operational purposes.

Early Access / Founder application information is retained while we are administering the Early Access / Founder program (including selecting testing waves and sending related communications) and for a reasonable period afterward for program history and abuse prevention, unless you request withdrawal as described in Section 3.

Crash and diagnostic information is retained according to the operational needs and retention settings of TIFO’s diagnostic systems.

Independently collected club, match, opponent, and historical player statistics may be retained for longer periods where they remain useful for maintaining historical records, longitudinal statistics, data integrity, abuse prevention, analysis, or other legitimate TIFO functionality.

Historical game records are therefore not automatically deleted merely because the TIFO account of a person appearing in those records has been deleted.

Where we no longer have a legitimate reason to retain information, we may delete, aggregate, anonymize, suppress, or otherwise remove it from active use, subject to technical, legal, and security requirements.

17. Account Deletion, Persona Unlinking, and Game-Data Suppression

These are three separate operations in TIFO FC.

Account deletion

Deleting your TIFO account removes the account relationship and information that is maintained because you are a registered TIFO user, subject to limited retention needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, entitlement, or technical purposes.

Account deletion does not automatically delete independently collected EA SPORTS FC club, match, opponent, or historical player records merely because those records include a gamertag or persona that was previously associated with your TIFO account.

Persona unlinking

Unlinking removes the relationship between your TIFO account and the currently linked EA persona. Persona unlinking takes effect immediately.

It does not delete the TIFO account, cancel the account’s Apple/TIFO subscription entitlement, or remove independent historical game records involving that persona.

Linking or switching to a different persona remains subject to TIFO’s 35-day persona-switch cooldown.

Game-data or gamertag suppression

A person may contact TIFO separately regarding an EA gamertag or persona that appears in TIFO’s game-data systems, including where that person does not have a TIFO account.

Depending on the request, applicable law, our ability to reasonably verify the request, and the interests involved, TIFO may suppress or restrict the display of identifying gamertag information on TIFO-facing surfaces while retaining underlying match or statistical information where reasonably necessary for historical integrity, security, legal compliance, or legitimate statistical purposes.

A suppression request is therefore different from both deleting a TIFO account and unlinking an EA persona.

Requests concerning account deletion, persona data, or gamertag suppression can be sent to tifofcc@gmail.com.

18. International Data Processing

Signal Terrace LLC and some of the service providers used to operate TIFO may process information in the United States or other countries outside the country where you live.

Those countries may have privacy or data-protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we take steps intended to use appropriate lawful transfer mechanisms and protections.

19. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding personal information that TIFO processes about you.

For users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, these may include rights to request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion in applicable circumstances, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing based on legitimate interests, portability of certain information, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights are not absolute. For example, a deletion request concerning a TIFO account does not necessarily require deletion of independent historical game records where TIFO has another lawful basis to retain or process those records.

Where applicable, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority responsible for your jurisdiction.

To exercise a privacy right or ask a question about information associated with you, contact tifofcc@gmail.com.

We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity or your relationship to the account, persona, or gamertag involved before fulfilling certain requests.

20. Children

TIFO FC is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.

TIFO does not collect date of birth as an ordinary account field and does not claim to independently verify every user’s age.

If local law requires a higher minimum age or parental authorization for particular processing, those requirements apply.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

A parent, guardian, or affected user may contact us at tifofcc@gmail.com with a relevant concern.

21. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse, or disclosure.

No application, transmission method, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their Apple account, device, and other credentials used to access TIFO.

22. Changes to This Policy

TIFO FC is an evolving product, and we may update this Privacy Policy as our features, providers, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.

Material product changes that affect privacy or data handling are subject to review of TIFO’s privacy/data-handling source of truth, affected legal pages, and applicable App Store privacy disclosures before the change is considered complete.

Future features such as public web club pages, public player pages, new analytics systems, advertising technology, additional data providers, or materially different AI processing would require new privacy review before launch.
