Terms of Service

By accessing or using TIFO FC, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the TIFO FC Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TIFO FC.

If local law gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

TIFO FC is operated by Signal Terrace LLC.

TIFO FC is an independent companion product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Electronic Arts Inc. or EA SPORTS.

TIFO FC is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or parental consent to use a service like TIFO FC, that requirement applies.

Some TIFO features require an account. At launch, TIFO account access is provided through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple account and for activity occurring through your TIFO account.

You may not impersonate another person, misuse another person’s account, or intentionally provide false information in a way that interferes with TIFO or other users.

TIFO may allow you to associate your TIFO account with an EA SPORTS FC persona so that relevant game information can be connected to your TIFO experience.

Selecting or linking an EA persona in TIFO is not a representation by Signal Terrace that TIFO has independently verified legal ownership of the related EA account, console account, gamertag, or other third-party identity.

You may unlink your currently associated persona immediately. Linking or switching to a different persona is subject to TIFO’s 35-day persona-switch cooldown. Unlinking does not bypass that limitation.

Unlinking a persona does not delete your TIFO account, erase independently maintained historical game data, or cancel a TIFO/Apple subscription entitlement.

TIFO provides tools for preserving and analyzing Clubs-related information, including club history, match information, player statistics, session reports, share cards, automated analysis, and related features.

TIFO is an evolving service. We may add, change, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, technical, security, legal, or business reasons.

Some features may be limited by plan, entitlement, platform, region, third-party availability, or technical capability.

TIFO may obtain and process club, match, opponent, player, and related game information from third-party or otherwise available game-data sources.

Signal Terrace does not control those sources and does not guarantee that third-party game data will always be available, complete, accurate, current, or uninterrupted.

TIFO’s historical records, statistics, ratings, reports, derived metrics, and other outputs are informational TIFO features. They are not official records supplied or certified by Electronic Arts.

Third-party changes, outages, rate limits, access restrictions, product changes, or discontinuation may affect TIFO functionality.

Paid TIFO subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s applicable purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules.

TIFO does not collect your full payment-card details. TIFO may receive transaction and entitlement information necessary to determine access to paid features.

A purchase belongs to the TIFO/Apple entitlement associated with the account. It is not owned by or permanently attached to a particular EA SPORTS FC persona. Unlinking or changing a persona does not create a separate paid entitlement.

TIFO uses Superwall to support paywall and subscription-related experiences. Use of Apple and Superwall may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

TIFO may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to generate tactical analysis, summaries, reports, statistical interpretations, or other insights.

Automated outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, inconsistent, or based on incomplete source data. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be treated as guaranteed or official assessments.

TIFO may change the models, providers, methods, or inputs used for automated analysis, subject to applicable privacy and product-review requirements.

TIFO may generate share cards or other visual outputs using club, match, player, or performance information.

If you choose to save, export, or share a TIFO-generated card through another service, you are responsible for how and where you choose to share it and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rules.

At launch, TIFO is not a general user-uploaded-media hosting platform and does not promise permanent public hosting of user-generated media.

You may not use TIFO FC to:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s legal rights.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or abuse another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TIFO, another account, or related systems.
• Circumvent access controls, subscription controls, rate limits, security mechanisms, or technical restrictions.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, denial-of-service traffic, or other harmful material.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or automatically extract TIFO at abusive scale or in a way that burdens or disrupts the service.
• Reverse engineer protected portions of TIFO except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Manipulate club, player, account, entitlement, or game-data relationships in order to obtain unauthorized benefits or falsify TIFO records.
• Use TIFO in a manner that materially interferes with the service or other users.

TIFO FC, including its software, interface, branding, original designs, reports, presentation, product copy, and other original materials, is owned by Signal Terrace LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Signal Terrace grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TIFO for its intended consumer purpose.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of TIFO or any third-party intellectual property to you. Third-party names, game assets, trademarks, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback about TIFO, you grant Signal Terrace permission to use that feedback to develop, improve, and operate TIFO without an obligation to compensate you, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using TIFO at any time and may use available account deletion functionality or contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, an account or service is being abused, payment or entitlement access is invalid, or action is necessary to protect TIFO, Signal Terrace, users, third parties, or the security and integrity of the service.

Termination of a TIFO account does not necessarily require deletion of independently collected historical club, match, opponent, or player records, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

TIFO may depend on or interact with third-party products and services, including Apple, game-data sources, infrastructure providers, diagnostics providers, subscription tooling, and automated-analysis providers.

Signal Terrace is not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, policies, or conduct of third-party services that it does not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TIFO FC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Signal Terrace does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete capture of every match, continuous access to third-party game data, error-free software, or the accuracy of every statistic, report, rating, automated insight, or historical record.

TIFO is a companion product and should not be relied upon as an official EA SPORTS FC recordkeeping service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signal Terrace LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to TIFO FC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Terrace’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to TIFO will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Signal Terrace through TIFO during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent an exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that apply to you, disputes arising from these Terms or TIFO FC will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Signal Terrace consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms as TIFO FC evolves or as legal, technical, or business requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law. Your continued use of TIFO after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Signal Terrace’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Signal Terrace regarding your use of TIFO FC.
